A third member of the Torricelli family on staff, Tim Torricelli enters his 13th season with the Bulldogs. Torricelli returned to the Springfield area after spending the better part of 12 years in Arizona in professional baseball in several different capacities. His primary functions with the Bulldogs include assistance with hitters, catchers, and middle infielders during practice sessions.

During his playing days, Torricelli was a member of the Milwaukee Brewers and the Montreal Expos, reaching as high as Triple-A ball. He finished his career as a coach and manager in the Detroit Tigers organization. 

Torricelli and his wife, Mary, and two sons Reece and Bryce, reside in the Springfield area.
